We are experts in evaluating and managing care for families in the general pediatric, pediatric acute care, newborn hospital, and child abuse and breastfeeding medicine clinic settings.  Currently, we have over 35 general pediatric faculty.

Community outreach is a priority, and we are also dedicated academicians and scientists, engaged in research to better understand problems related to the care of children in order to develop innovative ways to prevent or treat these conditions. Among the faculty in our Division are national experts in SIDS research, Breastfeeding Medicine, Quality Improvement, and Medical Education.
