  • $400k base salary, $50k sign-on bonus, $15k for relocation, occurrence malpractice
  • 7 weeks of vacation time
  • No local competition, 700 deliveries per year
  • 4.5-day work week with a call of 1:5 taken from home
  • Fully staffed; will be 5 OB/GYNs and 4 nurse midwives
