We re seeking a dynamic Emergency Medicine Medical Director to lead our team at Advocate Medical Center in Marinette, WI. As a Medical Director, you ll join our Emergency Medicine Leadership Council, supported by robust system resources to help you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
In this role, you ll collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership team to align department operations with system goals, culture, and values.

• Proven ability to drive quality, enhance patient experience, and manage complexity effectively.

Position Highlights:

• Emergency Department: 19 beds, 22,000 annual visits.
• Join a skilled team of 8 Emergency Medicine Physicians, supported by APPs and RNs.
• Flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts (10 11 shifts/month).
• EMS housed within the department and access to specialists across all areas.
• Level 3 trauma designation with a diverse patient population and wide variety of cases.

Comprehensive Compensation Package:

• Competitive salary- Hourly Rate: $270.72 with additional 20% night shift incentive

• Student loan forgiveness up to $125,000.00
• Annual CME allowance.
• 401(k) with up to a 3% employer match, plus a 3% company contribution for a total up to 6%.
• Relocation assistance up to $12,000.
