About the clinician's workday

The schedule is 24-hour call coverage only, 7a-7a. They have 8-10 patients/shift. There are 3 phone calls per shift, 1:3 call ratio. Travel and lodging are covered. Emergency privileges are available. They use Cerner EMR. Temps are available. There are 16 beds in the department.
