Join us in Transforming the Future of Medicine.  We are redefining Primary Care and making a meaningful impact.

Brigham and Women's Primary Care seeks an Internal Medicine Physician (BC/BE) to join our innovative and patient-centric practice in greater Boston. Collaborate with esteemed clinicians and world-class specialists from Brigham and Women’s Hospital in our Center of Excellence. Flexible scheduling—with part-time or full-time (8 sessions/week) schedules available—across multiple practices available, including moonlighting and float opportunities.

This role goes beyond traditional Primary Care, focusing on patient-centered practice, proactive health screening, comprehensive evaluation, and expert condition management. Embrace a team and value-based population health approach, providing coordinated care for complex conditions with specialists.

Diversity and inclusivity are at the core of our values. Our clinics operate within a supportive, culturally sensitive, team-based model centered around patients. We partner with communities to seek health and wellness, working to eliminate healthcare inequities with an expanded care team that includes behavioral health, social workers, nurses, population health coordinators, patient navigators, community health workers, community resource specialists, high-risk RN case management, and support for virtual visits.

As a Brigham and Women’s Primary Care Physician, you'll experience:

  • Opportunities for research academic engagement and networking. Ongoing professional and developmental support, including grand rounds and onsite conferences. Reasonable panel sizes and session expectations. Collaborative, team-based care, working alongside dedicated professionals. Seamless integration with EPIC and access to the extensive Mass General Brigham network. Competitive salary with a structured 3-year ramp-up period, and sign-on bonuses for those who qualify. Unique value-based compensation plan emphasizing patient-centric care over RVU metrics. A comprehensive benefits package covering health, dental, time off, CME allowance, and robust retirement plans.

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Massachusetts Medical License or eligibility to obtain required licenses. Aim to provide culturally sensitive care. Excellent communication skills and time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

•              Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) for practices with Spanish-speaking patient populations.
