Alliance Family Physicians, a small family Practice in Gainesville, FL, is actively seeking a Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our team as the Medical Director. With over 20 years of providing exceptional healthcare to the Gainesville community and its surrounding areas, we take pride in our excellent reputation for compassionate patient care. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for patient care and a commitment to maintaining our high standards.

As the Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our practice, overseeing a team that includes one full-time Physician Assistant (PA) and two part-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs). The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an accredited residency program, with prior experience in an active medical practice. We encourage applicants with a strong background in office procedures, including minor dermatology and orthopedic procedures. Join us in a fulfilling role where you can make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our community, without the responsibility for hospital rounds or on-call duties. The practice operates Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and on Fridays from 8 am to Noon, with a lunch break from Noon to 1 pm.
