Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a 7th hospitalist to continue to bring world-class healthcare to this Minnesota Resort Community.

Practice Details:
•  Established team of 6 hospitalists looking to add another due to a recent retirement
•  7-on/7-off schedule with 8 and/or 12-hour shifts offered
•  Work anywhere between 22-24 weeks per year - meaning you'll have over 200 days off per year!
•  Around 13-16 patients evaluated per shift
•  Unmatched reputation - Hospital has twice been named in the Top 20 in the country by the NRHA

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Salary paid on per shift basis - over $335K for 169 shifts/year
•  Comprehensive benefits include $50K sign-on package, full family medical coverage, matching retirement plan of 11% and more
