A thriving 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in an award-winning community near Dubuque, Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join their collegial team of five primary care physicians and two advanced practice providers due to an upcoming retirement:
•  4-day workweek; 8-hour shifts
•  Robust specialty support including dedicated emergency medicine physicians, general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, and more
•  Interest in procedures can be supported (not required)
•  Average patient volume of 15 per day allows time for comprehensive care
•  36 days' paid time off
