Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) ENT Physician and Medical Director to join our established, collaborative and collegial team of providers. We have a team-based model approach to patient-centered care. As Medical Director, an ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of leadership experience and a desire to help grow Otolaryngology services at Valley Medical Center.

Our team currently consists of 4 Otolaryngologists, 1 Physician Assistant, and 4 Audiologists. You will split time between our Renton (hospital campus) and Covington Clinic locations. Dedicated surgical block time, in an efficiently run, on-time system.


  • BE/BC in Otolaryngology
  • Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and a DEA with full prescriptive authority
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred

Compensation Range - $390,000 - $700,000 dependent upon specialty;

Amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
