Searching for a Urologist to join a growing 159-bed non-profit hospital in central Nebraska. The incoming physician will be handed the "keys to the kingdom" with autonomy to practice how they see fit with direct access to leadership as they are extremely dedicated to your success.

You can create your own clinic to OR schedule, and utilize the latest technology which includes a DaVinci Xi robot. While robotics is not required, there is a massive demand for it in the area and for Urology overall. You have the ability to own the market share and truly help the community, while leaving a lasting legacy.
 
Income potential can reach the 90th percentile with $658k guaranteed for 3 years with additional production incentives.  We also offer a signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency stipend, and we qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness PSLF as a 501c3, as well as NHSC loan repayment.
