INFECTIOUS DISEASE PHYSICIAN
Going beyond the obvious for solutions others overlook
You have a talent for seeing what others might not, which is the broader impact of infectious disease management. You look beyond the details of a situation, capably assess the case, and put forth alternative suggestions to help prevent, manage, and treat infectious diseases hospital-wide. Your proactive approach to solving problems will make you a big part of our success and yours, and improve patient experience, operational processes, and better patient outcomes.

The Department of Medicine supports a large internal medicine residency training program, and significant opportunities exist for clinician educators.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possess an MD or DO degree Is Board Certified/Board Eligible in Infectious Diseases Has a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing healthcare atmosphere Is licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New York Can be just out of fellowship or an experienced physician
