Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Hybrid Hospitalist physician to join our well-established team of clinicians in Tomah, Wisconsin.

Practice highlights:

• Typical schedule 75% clinic and 25% inpatient
• Inpatient responsibilities include: admitting, rounding, surgical sign-offs, post-ops, neonates, and H&P s
• Overnight call includes 7 days on every 4th weekend
• This position will include coverage at our Moundview location
• Average number of patients

-Tomah clinic 12-18 patients

-Moundview clinic 8-12 patients
