Greater Charlotte Oral and Facial Surgery is a well-established and highly respected oral surgery practice with multiple locations located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our exceptionally trained, supportive, and experienced staff are a cornerstone of our practice. We practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dentoalveolar, orthognathic, trauma, implants, head and neck pathology, plus facial cosmetic surgery.

Currently, we have a remarkable opportunity for an exceptional and enthusiastic Board-Certified surgeon, or active candidate for certification, to join our highly skilled team. This lucrative opening is for a full-time, or part-time associate position with fast-track partnership potential. We offer the opportunity to fully utilize surgical training and experience in a busy practice poised for growth.

This position offers an attractive complete compensation package in excess of $650k including guaranteed salary, production bonus, monthly business expense allowance, education allowance, health insurance, and malpractice insurance. We also offer a relocation allowance.

The ideal candidate for this position will be Board-Certified (or board eligible) in oral and maxillofacial surgery and have the ability to obtain dental license in North Carolina.
