3 clinic days and 2 procedure days
20 - 25 patients per day in clinic, 10 - 14 procedures per day
C-arm fluoroscopy, therapeutic nerve blocks, epidural injections with cervical experience a must
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
