ACLS with valid OK license or active IMLC required
4 - 8 patients per day with 1 - 3 surgeries per day
Bread & butter GS, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, with scopes a big plus but not required
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
