Position Details:
•  Join seasoned primary care providers as expansion will include another full-time provider this year
•  26,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility offering a fresh and supportive environment to see patients
•  Outpatient only scope of practice with the ability to incorporate certain niche interests
•  Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate a 4-day work week
•  Reasonable patient volumes of anywhere between 20-25 patients per day
•  Recently opened Behavioral Health Clinic already has grown by 300% in less than a year
•  Non-profit organization that is in the process of becoming an FQHC

Compensation Details:
•  Salary guarantee from $250,000-$320,000 depending on experience
•  Full benefits package including 401K, insurance, disability, 12 floating holidays, and more
