Bristol Hospital Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE psychiatrist to join an experienced and collegial team of mental health professionals who are dedicated to Bristol Hospital's goal of being one of the best community hospitals in Connecticut.
This position offers a diversity of clinical experience including both inpatient and consult-liaison. The selected candidate will provide psychiatric consultative services to the medical and surgical inpatient units and work collaboratively with the Behavioral Health team, Emergency Department, Hospitalists, Specialist and community providers.
Our robust array of services include a 10-bed adult unit for short-term crisis intervention, a 16-bed adult unit, a 15-bed geriatric unit, crisis services and well-established out-patient practices.
