Physician - Internal Medicine

An independent community-based academic medical center and health system are adding an experienced Internal Medicine Physician (due to retirement) to join an established practice in southwest Connecticut.

About the opportunity:

• Outpatient with a 4 1/2 day workweek
• Call is 1:5 evening and 1:6 weekends. Very light call
• The physician is assigned a medical assistant
• Office has a strong support staff, including an NP and front office support
• Office located in a medical office building along with Cardiologists and OBGYNs
• Patient-centered practice opportunity in a supportive and collegial environment

Financial package/benefits:

• $10k sign-on bonus and relocation bonus
• Five days CME and a $3500 stipend
• A generous compensation package that includes up to $10k annually in quality care bonus
