A large healthcare system in southeast Florida is seeking to identify a new Chief of Primary Care. We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals that possess prior experience in leadership, understand payor contracts, and team management. The department possesses a strong foundation from which to further develop and evolve.

• Report to VP and CMO
• Oversee 15 practices and manage 38 providers
• Collaborate with 5 direct reports, physician leaders
• 4 days of admin time, 1 day clinical
• Direct resources for further expansion
