Physician - Pulmonology-Critical Care

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking an experienced Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician for an academic teaching hospital in Boston, Massachusetts treating patients with asthma, pulmonary hypertension, emphysema, obstructive sleep apnea, and more.

About the position:

• Full-time, employed position taking over an existing general pulmonary practice
• A mix of perioperative intensive care, inpatient pulmonary consults, and outpatient pulmonary care
• Predictable schedule with no in-house night shift coverage
• One-weekend on-call required per month (Friday, 7 pm to Monday, 7 am)
• In-house coverage from 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays
• Weekend call shared with per diem intensivists
• Attend five half-day pulmonary outpatient clinics every other week.
• Resources and opportunities for clinical research for those with an interest
• Teaching opportunities exist for the right candidate

• 8-bed ICU consisting of mostly post-operative patients (Closed ICU)
