South Bay Primary Medical Group (SBPMG) is a privately owned Family Medicine office that provides medical care and services to residents of the Chula Vista and the surrounding San Diego area. We offer in-office and telehealth services. Despite the changing medical practice landscape, we continue to emphasize continuity of care by providing outpatient, inpatient and skilled nursing home services. We are proud to highlight the care of the whole family across many generations. We continuously excel in patient satisfaction and quality of care. We have created a culture of learning and collaboration hosting a medical and nurse practitioner students.

SBPMG is seeking a passionate MD or DO to join our practice who embodies exceptional clinical and communication skills. We value practitioners who genuinely enjoy the art of medicine and who can foster positive relationships with both our team and patients.

Commitment to residing in the area is essential. As a faith-based, Catholic practice, we welcome those who are respectful and understanding of our beliefs, though it's not mandatory for you to share the same faith.

A provider with bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, would be highly advantageous. Many of our patients are native Spanish speakers who appreciate the ease of discussing their needs in their first language with our team.
