Overview

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Seattle, Washington is recruiting a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Virginia Mason Medical Center.  This position would be based primarily at our regional medical center in Federal Way, WA but would include clinic and OR time at our downtown Seattle hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Take over a well established and full orthopedic practice from a retiring partner
  • General orthopedic practice with a focus on total joint replacement
  • Primary practice is in our Federal Way, WA regional center where there is also an outpatient surgery center
  • Work as member of an orthopedic team representing most orthopedic subspecialties 
  • Excellent physician assistant support

Qualifications
    BE/BC in Surgery 5-10 Years experience preferred, but will consider exceptional candidates recently completing trainingAbility to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WAAbility to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practic3

Team Details
Our staff includes: 7 Surgeons, 12 Physician Assistants, and a highly skilled team of non-operative Physicians, Medical Assistants, Surgery Schedulers and Nurses.

Compensation

VM offers a guaranteed base salary for the first two years with the potential for higher total compensation based on productivity
