Hospitalist | Northern California Coast | 420k Estimated Annual Income

A thriving 250-bed community hospital two hours south of San Francisco is seeking an experienced hospitalist to join their inpatient team. Join a dynamic group of 26 other physicians who only work mostly day shift (7 am - 7 pm) and only do a few night shifts per year.

Full time is considered to be 14 - 15 shifts per month and the group has incredible flexibility within their schedules.

The Position:
• Salary Range: $394,000 based on 15 shifts per month
• $25,000 in Performance Incentives Annually
• EPIC EMR
• Closed ICU and No Requirement to do Procedures
• Current hospitalist managing 12 - 15 patients per day in addition to 1 or 2 admissions
