OBGYN Sebring FL 100k Signing Bonus PLUS Loan Forgiveness

Overview

Our Physician group, Florida Woman Care, is seeking a Full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join the team in Sebring, FL - the City on the Circle.  Board Certified/Board Eligible, experienced and resident physicians are encouraged to apply.

 

 

Practice Highlights

• Busy, established, newly remodeled practice with plenty of growing room
• Large staff with 22 employees, including mammogram, ultrasound and surgical suites
• Approximately 2.5 days in clinic; 1 surgery day; 2 days covering Labor & Delivery
• Average daily patient census 35-45
• Great mentorship opportunity for resident physicians
• 1:5 weekend Call (Midwives take 1st call/Physicians take 2nd Call from home) 
• Deliveries are performed at AdventHealth Sebring Hospital/GYN surgeries are performed at HCA Highlands Hospital
• $100k Sign-on/retention bonus
• Location qualifies for Loan Forgiveness Program
• Minimum $300k base salary and productivity bonuses (opportunity to double your salary in year 2)
• Visa sponsorship if needed
• Partnership in 2 years 
• 4 weeks PTO; CME allowance

• Sebring, known as the City on the Circle because of its circular design of historic downtown and residences on Lake Jackson (over 3200 acres of freshwater), is home of the Sebring International Raceway which hosts "12 Hours of Sebring", an annual WeatherTech SportsCar Championship race
