Position Details:

The practice is well-established and is supported by:

• 3 full-time physicians
• 1 part-time physician
• Multiple mid-level providers

Services are provided in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including acute and post-acute care facilities. The outpatient practice includes traditional ID services and IV antibiotic infusions, with a dedicated support staff including an IV infusion nurse and pharmacy support.
