Bon Secours Charter Colony Family Practice is GROWING in 2024 to serve our patients in Midlothian and the Richmond area better! Located on the campus of the beautiful St. Francis Medical Center, we've moved upstairs to Suite 510 in the Medical Office Building and need to add another FM MD/DO.

• Newly Graduated Residents and Experienced Physicians welcome to apply
• 2 MD and 1 DO in practice now - this is a GROWTH position
• Full time - 36 clinical and 4 admin hours per week
• M-F 8:00-5:00
• 100% outpatient - no hospital responsibility
• Call is phone only - light volume - 1:6 every 6th week share call rotation with another FM practice - No Rx
• EPIC EMR
• Dedicated 1:1 support from CMA/LPN
• Telehealth via MyChart
• Average 18-22 patients per day after ramp-up period
• Our patients range from 16-90 currently - all ages are welcome
• Point of Care Testing in practice
• Lab - Imaging - located inside St Francis Medical Center
• Basic in-office procedures including well-woman exams, joint injections, some basic derm
• Bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and heart of service to the practice each day. We owe it to our patients, as well as the community, to bring consistency, diligence, and warmth to our job in the hope that it will ultimately heal and encourage our patients.

Qualified Candidates must have completed a U.S. Residency Program, and be BE or BC by the ABMS.
