BE/BC Ear, Nose and Throat Physician

This leading health care provider, located near Lexington, KY, is seeking a BE/BC Ear, Nose and Throat physician. The position is bread and butter ENT. Opportunity to practice in a collegial environment.

For ENTs with a specialized fellowship, opportunity to build a niche (up to 50%), if trained in:

• Head and Neck
• Pediatrics

Opportunity to buy into the Surgi-Center after one year.

Referral patterns - The organization includes operating 13 family practices in a 6-county service area for referral volumes in addition to other practices (low competition).

The physician can expect to work in an in-patient/ambulatory out-patient setting and can expect to build a busy practice quickly, seeing on average up to 25 plus patient visits per day in the out-patient clinic setting.

ER call is 1:4.
