Primary Care Unit Chief Physician

MGH Seeking Primary Care Unit Chief Physician at the Adult Medicine Unit of the MGH Charlestown HealthCare Center

The Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Division of General Internal Medicine seeks an outstanding Internal Medicine or Family Medicine practice leader/unit chief to join our faculty at the Adult Medicine Unit of the MGH Charlestown HealthCare Center. We seek physicians of diverse backgrounds who are excited to engage in the clinical, educational, and scholarly missions of our Division at MGH and in teaching activities at Harvard Medical School. Academic rank at Harvard Medical School as Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor, full-time and part-time will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, including relevant experience in medical education, health system leadership, research, and community service.

Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM) and qualify for a license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Applicants must have at least 5 years' experience demonstrating leadership experience in a Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Urgent Care setting.
