  • 12 - 20 patients per day, 6 - 7 surgeries per week at hospital, average of 8 office procedures/week
  • General urology, adult advanced endoscopic techniques, ureteroscopy, ESWL, holmium laser
  • Credentialing needed
  • DEA needed
