As a result of continued growth in our markets and the creation of a new GI Fellowship, we are currently recruiting a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to lead the Geisinger Northeast GI Fellowship located in the Wilkes Barre-Scranton area. The practice includes two large tertiary care hospitals (Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital and Geisinger Community Medical Center), two dedicated GI clinics, and brand-new state of the art ambulatory surgical center. We currently have 2 GI fellows and will expand to 6 total fellows in subsequent years. As program director, you will have an opportunity to work with Graduate Medical Education to be part of an exciting and growing fellowship, collaborate with the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, and work in a well supported clinical practice.
