  • Must have active state license
  • BC required
  • Days, Call, Weekend call
  • Need 3 - 4 days in a week
  • 18 - 22 patients per day in the clinic, 300 deliveries per year
  • Proficiency in VBAC with experience would be a plus
  • Credentialing needed
  • DEA needed
