BC or BE required
Weekdays, Days
Consults, follow-ups, OTVs and peer review required
16 - 20 patients on treatment, 1 consult per day or as needed
IMRT, VMAT, 3D CRT required and SBRT and SRS are preferred
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
