Psychiatrist Needed for Locums Coverage at Facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee

A state mental health facility is seeking a psychiatrist for locums coverage.
Chattanooga, Tennessee is a fun-filled city with an aquarium, riverboats, and fun restaurants like Tupelo Honey.
The schedule is full-time M-F 8AM-4:30PM. The psychiatrist would work on the unit conducting the treatment team, seeing patients on the assigned unit for that day. The psychiatrist works closely with a Nurse Practitioner assigned to the unit ensuring that medication orders are provided, reviewed monthly and changed if needed. Consistent with past coverage assignments. Patients are adult 18 and up only. Most are uninsured with Bipolar and schizophrenia.
