Associate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are searching for an OMS for a full-time associate position leading to partnership. We are a well-established surgery practice with two full-time partners. Our practice is busy, and we are looking for an ambitious partner to help shoulder the patient load. The majority of our cases are dentoalveolar in nature with a combination of exodontia, pathology, bone grafts, and implants. 

In addition to four operatories equipped for general anesthesia, our office also features a large in-office surgical suite, allowing us to perform major procedures under endotracheal intubation with a CRNA/Anesthesiologist. If you have an interest in cosmetic procedures, there is no medical community aversion to your practice.

A four-day work week is our norm. Partners typically take six weeks off per year. We offer a competitive salary with health, disability, and professional insurance, as well as a pension plan. The partnership buy-in would be offered, if mutually acceptable, at one year. The starting salary is $300,000.00/year for the first year.
