Description:
- Full time position with administrative and clinical components
- Primary location will be Grant Medical Center
- Will float to Marion General Hospital, Mansfield Hospital, Doctors Hospital, Dublin Methodist Hospital, Riverside Methodist Hospital and Grady Memorial Hospital as needed
- Large practice with 35 providers

Requirements:
- A medical degree with licensure in the State of Ohio
- BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- 5 years of practicing palliative experience required
- Prior leadership experience preferred
