Clinical Vascular Medicine Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity for a full time BC/BE Clinical Vascular Medicine Specialist to join our section of Vascular Medicine within the Department of Cardiology where we have a strong and trusted reputation for providing the highest quality in heart and vascular care. We are seeking a clinical vascular medicine specialist with a strong interest in building a busy consultative and outpatient practice. The position will entail extensive teaching responsibilities with our clinical fellowship training program, as well as inpatient service responsibilities on our vascular medicine service.

The Department consists of thirty-five Cardiologists and a supportive team of twenty-five experienced Advanced Practitioners treating patients in seven cardiovascular subspecialties. In 2017, the division had approximately 40,000 office visits (across three sites), over 4000 Cath Lab procedures, 2000 EP Lab procedures and 20,000 Non-invasive testing procedures.

Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, a member of Lahey Health, a tertiary care, 337-bed hospital with a state of the art Level II Trauma Center and outpatient clinic, is a physician-led, multi-disciplinary group practice of over 500 physicians. The Lahey integrated delivery system consists of over 1,200 clinicians providing care throughout Lahey Health s network of acute care hospitals, ambulatory centers, physician practice sites, behavioral health facilities, long-term care facilities, home health organizations and care management. We are an academic affiliate of Tufts School of Medicine.
