Practice at the largest private group in the state of West Virginia that recently moved into a new cardiology-only facility adjacent to the hospital. The hospital is WVU Medicine – Camden Clark Medical Center and has 3 cath labs and only open heart surgical program within an 80-mile radius. Private practice but excellent professional services agreement with the hospital, making it the best of both worlds. Autonomy and governance of private practice but with the financial stability you may find in an employment model.

The initial offer is for employment with a base salary and productivity bonus. Sign-on bonus, relocation package and stipend if still in training. Partnership offered within 1-2 years. Personal nurse, afternoon off each week, long term disability, life and health insurance, retirement plan contributions are maxed out annually, car allowance and insurance provided, paid time off for vacation, sick and CME and malpractice coverage are some of the benefit highlights.
