PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Join 3 vascular surgeons in a unique physician-led, integrated multi-specialty clinic and hospital system ranked among America s Top 50 Health Systems
• Mary s Medical Center is a 330-bed tertiary care hospital; adult Level I Trauma accredited by the American College of Surgeons
• Second highest number of aortic aneurysm repairs in state of MN
• US News and World Report very high volume, high performing rating for AAA
• Involved in multiple aortic research projects including advanced branched endograft studies: TAMBE 17-01; AAA13-03; IBE 12-04
• Currently over 500 major procedures and 1000 percutaneous endovascular and minor procedures
• potential for expansion of our service area with the addition of surgeons
• Full-spectrum vascular and endovascular surgery; interesting mix of vascular tertiary care
• Vascular lab accredited by ICAVL since 2000 for performance of extracranial cerebrovascular, peripheral arterial, renal and mesenteric arterial, and venous examinations
• Single plane and biplane endosuites with full access to cardiac catheterization lab
• Dedicated peripheral arterial / neuro-interventional technical assistants
• Dedicated cardiovascular operative RN s and surgical technicians for open surgery
• Dedicated cardiovascular anesthesiologists for all high risk and major open surgical cases
• Interventional neuroradiology services work in close concert with vascular surgery and neurosurgery
• Work closely with structural heart team, neuroradiology and neurosurgery for surgical exposures, vascular access, and multimodality procedures
• Active regional screening program for cerebrovascular, lower extremity arterial, and aneurysmal disease
• Four dedicated full-time vascular RN S and APP s
• Fully integrated peripheral vascular atherosclerosis primary and secondary prevention program associated with the group.
• 1:4 call immediately evenly distributed

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE Vascular Surgery;
• Endovascular training or experience required
• Considering experienced surgeons and exceptional new fellowship graduates ready and willing to practice in a busy, diverse, and challenging pathology milieu with surgeons and institution dedication to collaboration and mentoring
