Dignity Health Medical Group Dominican (dhmf.org/dominican) is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our physician led, patient centered organization in Santa Cruz, CA. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital (dominicanhospital.org), aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

Compensation*/Benefits Include:

• 2 year salary guarantee: $314,278
• Excellent earning potential with productivity bonus
• Student loan reimbursement up to $100,000
• Residency signing stipend: $18,000
• Sign on bonus up to $125,000
• Relocation assistance: $20,000
