Anesthesiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Busy Hospital in Titusville, Florida

A busy 210-bed hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.
Titusville, Florida is known for the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and the Canaveral National Seashore! While on assignment, you can visit these popular attractions and explore the surrounding river, wetlands, and forests!
The schedule is Monday - Friday with 8 hour shifts. Call for the clinician is not required but preferred. There will be 10 ORs with 6 running Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (busiest days), Fridays start with 5 rooms, and no Saturday schedule but one OR open. The cases include ortho, neuro, vascular, healthy peds, endo, urology, and outpatient. There will be no hearts or thoracic. Physicians and CRNAs push meds, epidurals are usually monitored by physicians, and CRNAs do spinal and limited epidurals and very few regional blocks. The anesthesia record is paper, however, orders and patient information is on a Meditech EMR. Case logs are required.
