About Us

MGB Integrated Care is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to develop new high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham s unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. MGBIC will provide a wide range of offerings, including outpatient surgery, imaging, primary care, behavioral and mental health, and specialty care, both digitally as well as at physical locations across the state and region.

Massachusetts Eye and Ear is an international center for treatment and home to the world's largest vision and hearing research centers. Mass Eye and Ear is a member of Mass General Brigham and a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. Mass Eye and Ear clinicians are driven by a mission to find cures for blindness, deafness and diseases of the head and neck. Internationally acclaimed since its founding in 1824, Mass Eye.

This is a unique opportunity to work within our new integrated care practice in Salem, NH, while also spending a portion of your time working at Mass Eye and Ear. We are looking for team members who possess not only the relevant skills and growth potential, but positive attitudes, flexibility, and creative mindsets to join our expanding team.

What You ll Work On

  • Providing comprehensive ophthalmology services to care for the Salem, NH community

  • Direct access to subspecialty care at Mass Eye and Ear

  • Maintain high clinical quality, productivity, and citizenship within the department

  • Develop referral and educational relationships within Mass General Brigham and other practices

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team (including but not limited to primary care, other onsite specialty services, etc.) to provide seamless, coordinated care to patient

About You

  • Graduate of Accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).

  • Completion of Accredited Residency

  • Board certification in specialty (if newly graduated from residency, must be obtained within 3 years of graduation) must be kept current

  • Unrestricted license to practice within Massachusetts and New Hampshire

  • Current DEA certificate without restriction
