Full-time Physician – Family Medicine

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Provide direction and leadership for the medical program in collaboration with the Health Services Administrator. Provide a variety of professional medical services to inmates to include administering examinations, diagnosing medical and other problems, prescribing medications and providing treatment and follow-up care. Successful candidate must have an active medical license in the state of New Mexico. Family Medicine, background preferred. Must have active DEA license.

Compensation: $350,000 - $375,000/yr

About the Facility:

Cibola County Correctional Center is located in Milan, NM, approximately 80 miles west of Albuquerque, NM and 60 miles east of Gallup, NM.

The facility holds approximately 1100 ICE and US Marshall inmates. The Facility has a 24 hour clinic with 24 hour nursing staff in the medical clinic. The clinic has medical staff, dental staff and mental health staff.
