Palliative Care Physician- Milford Regional Palliative Care

MILFORD REGIONAL PALLIATIVE CARE, part of the Milford Regional Healthcare System, is seeking a Palliative Care Physician to join our dedicated group of providers.  

The selected candidate will join an established palliative care program that offers inpatient palliative care consultative services, with plans to offer outpatient palliative care services in the future as well.  Teaching opportunities exist for the physician to mentor medical students and house staff, as well as take on supervisory responsibility for Advanced Practice Clinicians.  

The ideal applicant is driven to advance in leadership and has prior expertise in palliative care. With the potential to become full-time in the future, this position is 24 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited medical school and be board certified or board eligible, and has completed a fellowship in palliative care.  Palliative care experience is strongly preferred.
