Job Details

CompHealth is assisting a hospital with an on-site cancer center in Iowa with their search for a hematologist-oncologist. This position is primarily outpatient with inpatient consults. The schedule is Monday through Friday with phone-only call. You will join 1 other hematologist-oncologist with an established patient base and referrals. They welcome fellows and experienced physicians. CompHealth has a dedicated licensing team that can help you obtain an IA medical license, if necessary.
In addition to a base salary guarantee, there is a production model, so the incoming physician can be compensated for their work ethic. You will also be offered medical benefits, life insurance/disability, 7 weeks of vacation, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, CME stipend, a retirement plan, and malpractice insurance.
