$100K Sign on Bonus~ Primary Care ~ Massachusetts

We are looking to grow our team at Cape Cod Healthcare! In addition to a $50,000 sign on we offer highly competitive salary, bonus structure, and benefits. We have outpatient practices located in multiple Cape Cod towns.

We offer a traditional outpateint practice model with a 4 day work week. A robust RN triaged call center in place our providers field 0-2 calls after 5pm. Furthermore, you will only be on call once a month and 2 weekends per year.

We also offer a hybrid model of care in which you will alternate between the inpatient hospitalist setting and the outpatient clinic.

A 4 day work week gives you the opportunity to live life to its fullest on beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Beaches, boating, hiking, miles of bike paths and more. Lively arts and cultural events throughout the year and exquisite local dining. All this while still only one hour to Boston and Providence. Cape Cod is a great place to raise a family!
