Practice Overview:

• Our new associate will join 2 CRNP and 1.5 physicians, and a Dietitian, Certified Diabetic Educator.

Position Responsibilities:

• Outpatient Office/Clinic: Monday-Friday-8:00-4:30
• Dedicated Endocrine testing unit and active outpatient diabetes teaching program to assist with CGMS, insulin pump starts and education and classes for patients with DM1 and DM2
• Eligibility for faculty appointment at the University of South Florida, LVHN s academic affiliate
• Monthly Endocrinology Journal Club/Case Review
• 2 Pediatric Endocrinologists on staff
• Our division participates in a multidisciplinary Endocrine Tumor Board

Job Qualifications:

• A network champion for Endocrinology and a passion for clinical work
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
