BC required
Weekdays, Days, No call
BLS required & ideal candidate must be able to cover 5 locations per week (must be local)
18 - 25 patients per day, adults only
Open to both IM and FM but will consider FM for adult only
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
