  • This is a clinic, with 2 exam rooms. Blood draws and imaging would be sent to the hospital/ MOB
  • upon credentialing-ongoing
  • Patient Age Range: 6 months to elderly
  • Schedule: 7 days a week -Mon-Sat 8:00am - 7:00pm Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Family Practice Provider B/C, B/E
  • Pay Rate: $137.50 per hour
  • We can do quick credentialing as we need a provider to start ASAP.
