Geriatrician

With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Family Medicine/Division of Geriatric Medicine is seeking a board eligible/certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician with Geriatrics training/experience to practice with Henry Ford's Division of Geriatric Medicine.  This position is employed by the Henry Ford Medical Group. 

The Henry Ford Medical Group is looking for a full time Geriatrician to care for patients in the metro-Detroit area.  The position requires care for patients in various nursing and assisted living homes and an outpatient geriatric assessment clinic.  This position involves inpatient rounding at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and resident teaching.

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible/certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Must have Geriatrics Fellowship training
• Residency/Fellowship training by an ACGME or AOA accredited program is required
• CAQ in Geriatrics preferred
