• Experienced support staff in clinic consisting of 3 PCA's, clinic manager, assistant clinic manager, a PCC, and a cross RN for care coordination
• State-of-the-art clinic with 9 Exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms
• $4.9 million was invested in new facilities for Women's Care and Dermatology

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule options; 4 or 5-day workweek
• Looking for someone desiring a .8 FTE or higher
• 31 days of TAP(time away from practice)

Compensation:

• $502,195 base salary w/ long-term RVU potential
• $20,000 Sign-on bonus
• $25,000 Relocation assistance
• Up to $20,000 in retention bonuses, 3-year stay obligation
